Daughter and I stopped in here while traveling. Amazing service, both gentleman working were incredibly helpful. The food was fantastic. Our burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted excellent. The buns were also delicious. The fries here are 10/10!! Will be back our next time through!
We decided to give this place a try and let me tell you they definitely didn't disappoint! Loved everything we tried and will definitely be back again and again. The staff here are super friendly and make sure that you are completely happy with your food. We told them this was our 1st time, and they welcomed us and told us all about their homemade sauces and locally source meat. That was definitely a plus in our book. Go get a burger here if you haven't already!
This place is is definitely a hidden gem! Burgers are made from fresh locally raised beef and are loaded with unique toppings like crispy tempura onions . Truffle fries are killer and the aioli sauce is amazingly delicious. This would be a top 3 burger spots I've ever been to. Staff/ owner is extremely friendly and made me feel very welcomed in and ensured I had everything I needed. Great experience.
This is the second time I have been here and all I can say is the place is hands down amazing. The cook shows his passion for not only the food but the mission of the place. They never fail to tell you as the customer where your food is coming from and what you are getting. I was recommended to try the special: The fajita burger. I was optimistic at first, but it was phenomenal. I would recommend this place time after time to anyone who not only wants to get a quality burger but also wants to eat something farm grown and fresh.

The fries are hand-cut and some of the best I’ve had — crispy, flavorful, and not too greasy. Jake, the owner, is there every hour, making sure things are running smoothly and checking in with customers. It’s rare to see an owner that hands-on, and it really shows in the quality of the food and service. Jake’s a great guy, and his passion for his restaurant comes through in every detail. Saw this place while driving by and thought it looked interesting. Oh my word better than I could have expected - the burgers are PHENOMENAL. We had a lake bacon cheeseburger with egg and a lake bacon hamburger - both excellent. Guys. I mean it. These burgers were EXCELLENT. EXCELLENTTTTT. Have not had a burger like this in Michigan anywhere else. Also had the Cajun fries and regular fries. Cajun fries had more kick to them than I was expecting, but were so good. Will try the truffle fries next time. Also - chocolate milkshake was a win too. Love that all their ingredients are local and fresh. Very much looking forward to going back!
Got my first burger today and I wish I had got here sooner. My Lake burger was perfect and had the best flavor. Easily one of the best hamburgers I have ever had!! Hands Down!! Fries were great and the sauces included were a great surprise. Anyone saying the price is high, that is ridiculous to me. The prices are so reasonable for the quality. Do yourself a favor and get a great hamburger and most importantly -Support A Local Business.
10 out of 10!! Hidden Gem! We were just strolling along West Main and saw the place. I am glad we did! The burgers were the best we’ve ever had and we’ve had some good food Lol. The freshness of everything on top of the flavor was very joyful. Their beef is fresh from local farms. Fresh cut fries. We loved it! We dined in and converted with the owner who was also amazing. Definitely will be back! You have to check them out! We got the Lake Bacon Burger & Bacon Cheddar Jam Burger Delicious!!
